During her time at University MJ worked on a range of photographic projects including the art of refining photographic printing and the creation of photobooks and zines (mini Magazines).'Homelands' is a photobook about home, place and belonging. Homelands
Home, place and belonging.

'Homelands' is a handcrafted photographic book about home, place, and belonging through the photographic investigations of two locations. The images capture and tell the story of these two contrasting locations. Text about home, belonging, and place written by various authors is also referenced in the back of the book to broaden this understanding of 'home' and what it can mean for others.
Coping
Investigation into coping mechanisms.

'Coping' is a square, hand-sized photographic zine that visually investigators the various coping mechanisms people employ to cope with daily stress and pressures. Each spread shows two images that have been deliberately paired to ether and they have visual similarities.
